Our Alliance

We, The People's front of Tyria, as a Guild, are allied to another other guild called Enigma

Both of these guilds have a similar ethos and similar goals and will be working together in both PvE and WvW once Guild Wars 2 is released.


Alliance Charter

  • - Each Guild within the alliance will be treated equally. We don't have an overall alliance leader. When anything needs to be decided each guild will have an equal vote.  Current members of the alliance are Enigma and the Peoples Front of Tyria.
  • - We are an alliance of casual/fun/social guilds who play the game to enjoy it not to raid every single night of the week. If you want minimum play time policies then we are likely not the alliance for your guild.
  • - All members of the alliance are expected to be courteous to all other members of the alliance. You may not always agree with what someone says but differences will be resolved amicably.
  • - Although friendly competition is nice, epeening and gear bragging is not wanted within the alliance.
  • - While usage of LOL or WTF etc is acceptable, please try not to use Text speak where possible. Leet or Dude speak will not be acceptable in any Alliance/Squad or team channels.
  • - Discrimination of any type will not be tolerated. Guilds may have a minimum age policy however as long as members act mature they are welcome. There will be a zero tolerance policy on Sexism, Racism and other Ism's. Your guild may allow Banter which is close to the bone however please be respectful in alliance chat (if there is one) as not everyone will understand your sense of humour/banter.
  • - When an event is going on (WvW, Raid etc) a Squad leader will be appointed and their instructions will be followed.
  • - Guilds are responsible for the actions of their members and Guilds will be expected to deal with anyone within their guild who breaks these rules.

Critical error – bailing out

This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.
